The students made David to help them learn our classroom rules.  Each student wrote about
and explained a rule and how they were going to follow it.

Our Open House Parent gifts included popcorn and student work displayed at our
tables.  The students made a list of the top ten things to learn at open house.  They showed
their parents the items on the list and explained each to them as they came in.  We ended  by
asking the parents to write a note to their child for the student to read the next morning.  This
was really a big hit with my students!

This is our Birthday Blessings Boquet.  The student chooses one for their birthday. 
It's made from silly straws and balloons.  Our bear buckets hold graded papers ready to pack
up on Friday into our Take-Home Folders.

There's A Duck In My Closet

We read the book, "There's A Duck In My Closet"  on the first day of school.
The students made these cute ducks and then dressed a duck in a t-shirt
designed by them for our TEE-RIFFIC Work Bulletin Board.
